Questions about the CLI, the free AWS code tools, your license or your account? Here’s how to reach us and what to include so we can help quickly.
Send us a message
Use this form and your message goes straight to the ChatWithCloud support inbox. We’ll reply to the email address you enter. Prefer your own email app? Write to [email protected].
Thanks, your message is on its way
We’ll reply to . If you don’t see our answer, check your spam folder or email [email protected].
Email ChatWithCloud support
You can also email [email protected] about anything: installing or running the CLI, the free AWS code tools, your license or subscription, or your account.
What to include
- What you ran: the command, or the question you asked the CLI.
- The full error message, copied as text rather than a screenshot where you can.
- Your operating system and how you installed the CLI (npx, Homebrew, pnpm or Bun).
- For account or billing questions, the email address on your account or order.
Never send AWS access keys, secret keys or session tokens. We will never ask for them, and we don’t need them to help you.
Licenses, billing and refunds
Payments and license keys are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Include your order email so we can find the purchase quickly. Refunds are covered in the plans and payments terms, and every plan is compared on the ChatWithCloud pricing page.
Privacy and account requests
You can delete your account yourself from the Account page in the web app. It takes effect immediately. For anything else, such as a copy of your data or a correction, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we’ll reply within 30 days. Your rights are described in the privacy policy’s rights section.
Report a security issue
If you think you’ve found a vulnerability in the CLI, the website or the web app, email [email protected] with the steps to reproduce it, and please keep it private until we’ve fixed it. Don’t test beyond what our acceptable use rules allow. The ChatWithCloud security page explains what stays on your machine and what is sent to the AI model.
